The government sought to modernize its residency permit process, transitioning from a fully manual, in-person system to a digital-first citizen services platform.

Citizens faced long queues, opaque processing timelines, and repeated in-person visits. Staff managed thousands of paper files with no centralized tracking or audit trail.
Our Solution
We built a secure, bilingual (EN/TR) residency management portal with online application submission, document upload, status tracking, automated notifications, and a back-office case management system for civil servants.
The Outcome
Processing time reduced from 21 days to 5 days. 78% of applications now submitted digitally. Citizen satisfaction scores improved by 52%.
